Modern/Jazz

Following the NATD Modern Stage syllabus, our modern classes fuse technique, strength building and flexibility with modern music and dance arrangements.

Modern Jazz builds confidence in performance and is an excellent basis for dance training. Our exams start at Class and progress through to professional and performance options.

A dance based fitness class which empowers all body shapes, ages, sizes and fitness levels.
