Gymnastic Dance

Following the NATD Gymnastic Dance syllabus, our classes are designed to develop strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and technique incorporating gymnastic tricks with dance.

The classes are designed to encourage the students to develop confidence and dance quality together with increasing flexibility and mobility.

A dance based fitness class which empowers all body shapes, ages, sizes and fitness levels.
