Our Classes

Ballet

Following the NATD Ballet syllabus, our ballet classes are designed for every child to acquire and develop the skills and technique of classical ballet.

There are Grades 1 to 8 preceded by Preliminary and Class examination levels which may be taken from the age of 4 years. There are further professional and performance options available. Ballet classes improve muscle strength and flexibility, posture, balance and coordination.

Gymnastic

Develop strength, flexibility, agility, coordination and technique with gymnastic tricks and dance.

Many of the main street dancing techniques are included such as locking, ticking and breaking.

Jungle Body

A dance based fitness class which empowers all body shapes, ages, sizes and fitness levels.
